Northwich-based property firm Timberwise has been shortlisted for three awards at the Property Care Association’s (PCA) 16th annual Property Care Awards.
Now in their sixteenth year, the awards were established in 2011 to recognise the achievements and contributions of PCA members across the specialist property care sector. Nine awards will be presented across three categories, with this year’s winners announced at a ceremony on 12 November 2026.
The three nominations span all three award categories, with Timberwise shortlisted for Project of the Year in the Project Awards category, Training and Development in the Business Awards category, and The All Star award in the People Awards category.
The nominations build on a successful year for Timberwise, after the company won the Training and Development award at the 2025 Property Care Awards and was also recognised as Highly Commended for its approach to health and safety in construction.
The All Star nomination recognises the individual contribution of Stuart McGinlay, Timberwise’s Managing Surveyor for Scotland. A PCA-approved waterproofing design specialist, Stuart joined Timberwise in 2022 to support the company’s expansion into Scotland. Since joining the business, he has played a key role in developing the region, with Scottish operations becoming one of Timberwise’s strongest-performing areas.
