Making the decision to move home is not a simple one, but a new survey from leading housebuilder David Wilson Homes has revealed some of the influences that would make Oxfordshire homebuyers move sooner.

The survey, conducted by the five star developer*, disclosed that residents in Oxfordshire deem comfortability in their home and the amount of light in the property as factors that would push them to make a move sooner.

Therefore, the housebuilder is identifying why its developments in Oxfordshire could encourage property seekers in the area to move home sooner.

Comfort in the Home

Having spent more time than ever in our homes as a result of the pandemic, it has become clear how important comfort is. With working from home becoming the norm for many people, having the ideal space to focus and relax in is vitally important.

It is therefore no surprise that 36% of homebuyers in Oxfordshire have said they would move sooner if a more comfortable home is on offer.
