A Plymouth furniture and flooring retailer is looking forward to celebrating its two-year anniversary on the back of a successful year of trading for the Group.
ScS, located on Coypool Retail Park, next to McDonalds, specialises in fabric and leather upholstery, flooring for the home, and dining and living room furniture. The retailer, which has 100 stores nationwide, recently reported that 2018 had been a strong year for the Group with continued growth across the business. It is also the first UK furniture retailer to achieve 100,000 Trustpilot reviews, maintaining its 5‐star ‘Excellent’ rating.
The Plymouth ScS store opened on Boxing Day 2016 following a £1m investment into the Group’s first store in the South West and the creation of 10 jobs. In the last two years, it has welcomed 82,000 people through the doors, rolled out 40,000 square metres of carpet, enough to cover the Home Park pitch six times and delivered 5,500 sofas, which equates to comfortably providing enough seats for both the home and away fans.
Ray Nair, branch manager, said: “We’re thrilled that in just two years we’ve had such a positive response from the people of Plymouth. We’re going to be celebrating by offering a number of offers to customers over the Christmas and New Year period and look forward to showcasing some of our latest looks and collections for 2019.”
