Independent pre-school Buckholme Towers in Lower Parkstone, Poole, is pleased to introduce the Free Early Years (FEE) education scheme to enable parents of three and four year olds to take advantage of free learning.
The Government’s FEE programme enables providers to facilitate up to 30 hours of free learning per week to children aged three and four years. The pre-school at Buckholme Towers is open to children aged from two years nine months to four years, and in line with the free early education allowance, children can either attend in accordance with the School term dates or stretch their attendance for up to 47 weeks across the year.
For those stretching attendance across 47 weeks of the year, the Buckholme Towers Busy Buddies Holiday Club will open its doors during non-term time where pre-schoolers will be able to enjoy a combination of creative and fun activities.
Eric Bosence, proprietor of Buckholme Towers School, said: “We are pleased to subscribe to this scheme and offer parents of three and four-year-olds the opportunity to claim up to 30 hours free childcare per week and not limit this to term times hours.”
