KINGSWOOD Homes is celebrating another milestone after the sale of every house in its landmark regeneration development in Devon.
All 89 houses have been purchased at The Market Quarter in Hatherleigh, leaving 13 apartments and commercial units coming soon.

Work will begin on the commercial units this month with a completion date scheduled for summer 2023.
