New apartments in Bleadon will be released for sale this month, Edenstone has confirmed.

It’s the latest milestone for the new community at Eden’s Green and follows the recent opening of a Tintern view home.

Location has played a part in the appeal of the development, which enjoys a green and leafy setting, close to the Mendip Hills Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, the Severn Estuary and the River Axe, with the nearby A370 offering access into Weston-Super-Mare and the coast.

Guide prices for the apartments are from £220,000, with full details to be announced over the weekend of June 13 and 14. It’s anticipated they will be ready to move into this autumn.

Current availability at Eden’s Green includes three and four-bedroom energy efficient new homes, priced from £399,995.

Bordered by mature woodland and hedgerows, the new neighbourhood is taking shape on the site of a former quarry. There’s a wetland pond at the entrance to Eden’s Green with a new community park, community orchard and plenty of green open spaces also being created.

The neighbourhood benefits from good connections to Weston-Super-Mare, which is less than four miles away. Junctions 21 and 22 of the M5 are around six miles away, while trains from Weston-Super-Mare offer journey times to Bristol of around 30 minutes.
